3rd International Conference on Robotics, Electrical and Signal Processing Techniques (ICREST 2023) held at AIUB

The faculty of engineering of American International University- Bangladesh (AIUB) successfully organised the 3rd International Conference on Robotics, Electrical and Signal Processing Techniques (ICREST 2023) from January 7 to 8. The conference offered the participants a dynamic approach, looking for innovative research, and ideas on the emerging developments in computing, electrical and electronics, quantum computing, big data, cloud computing, machine and deep learning, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), and robotic technologies. 

Academic and industrial leaders are expected to interact with young researchers to identify the future penstock. The conference has been technically co-sponsored by IEEE BDS. The conference had seven keynote speakers along with 13 Invited speakers from across the globe. A total of 70 papers out of 208 papers were selected to be presented during the conference. 

On January 7, the conference was inaugurated by the Chief Patron of the Conference and AIUB BoT Member Dr Carmen Zita Lamangna. IEEE WIE Committee Chair Prof. Dr Celia Shahnaz and IEEE Bangladesh Section Chair Prof. Dr M. Moshiul Hoque also attended the program.

On January 8, the conference was graced by the presence of AIUB BoT Founder Member and Chairman Ishtiaque Abedin as Chief Guest of closing and award distribution ceremony. He handed over the crest and prize among the participants.  AIUB BoT Founder Members Dr Hasanul A. Hasan and Nadia Anwar were the Guests of Honor of the conference. 

Closing remarks were given by the conference General Chair and AIUB Faculty of Engineering Dean Prof. Dr ABM Siddique Hossain and the vote of thanks was given by  AIUB Pro VC Prof. Dr Md. Abdur Rahman as the Organising Chair. Distinguished guests, representatives and high officials of the different organisations, teachers, and students also attended the conference.
