Founding member and current Board of Trustees Chairman of American International University - Bangladesh (AIUB) Dr. Hasanul A. Hasan won the prestigious award of Top 100 Achievements 2021 in the category of Excellence in Science & Education. The award was presented to him by the Academic Union, Oxford, UK virtually on December 17.

Implemented since 2014, the project assesses educational institutions on the current progress as well as the prospects of its future growth, reflecting on their applied academic performance, social and educational initiatives, international and interregional cooperation, institutional brand value, etc.

Together with its academic faculties and administrative officials, and the proactive management of AIUB, Dr. Hasan has constantly worked towards elevating the quality of education, strengthening the infrastructure, and enhancing its services over the past 25 years. 

AIUB VC Dr. Carmen Z. Lamagna shared a few words with the distinguished guests and remarkable participants on the occasion, highlighting the challenges and accomplishments of AIUB in their journey to become a versatile and holistic institution for higher education in Bangladesh and beyond.
