PHIS celebrates Inter House Cultural Day

Pledge Harbor International School (PHIS) had its annual Inter House Cultural Day and all the houses just amazed the judges with their awesome performances. Activities wherein they choose the theme, write the script, guide the juniors for appropriate performances, prepare the props on the concept of best out of waste, all their learning outcomes are then outwitting performances.

The houses ensured that each child came up on the stage to perform. Students from KG to Class XII participated in the programme. There were contemporary dances, group songs, drama and a bilingual element was added to give respect to our mother tongue.

Judges had a difficult time assessing the students. They brought themes like ill effects of social media, and a rendition of A Midsummer Night's Dream did right justice to the bard. Democracy and its esteem in our world, along with satire and humour in the names of social joints were well enacted and emoted.

It's all about learning from a boarding house like Pledge Harbor International School where smart and well-balanced leaders are developed for tomorrow.
