CIU holds talk on public financial management framework in Bangladesh

CAG Mohammad Muslim Chowdhury speaks at the event.

The Institute of Governance, Development and International Studies (IGDIS), Chittagong Independent University (CIU) organised a talk titled "Public Financial Management Framework in Bangladesh".

Comptroller and Auditor General of Bangladesh Mohammad Muslim Chowdhury was the key speaker and chief guest of the programme. He emphasised that auditors should focus on the purpose of a project when they approve an audit report.

CIU VC Dr Mahfuzul Hoque Chowdhury was present as the special guest. IGDIS Director Prof. Dr Syed Manzur Quader conducted the programme.

IQAC Advisor Professor Dr Mohammad Ayub Islam, and CIU Business School's Associate Professor Dr Emon Kalyan Chowdhury spoke at the event. 

Deans, faculty members, and a number of students were present at the event.
