Briefing session of Hult Prize 2017 held at BRAC University
Hult Prize is the world's largest students' business competition which encourages generating one big idea that can change the world. This year the Hult Prize challenge focuses on "Refugee – Reawakening Human Potential", an idea that can restore the rights and dignity of 10 million refugees by 2022.
BRAC University presenting "Hult Prize 2012 @ BRACU" for is being organised for the 3rd time is powered by The Daily Star. Additionally, SHOUT has become the Media Partner of this grand event. For better understanding of students regarding Hult Prize, BRAC University organised a constructive briefing session in the university auditorium at Mohakhali. The briefing session was held on November 8, 2017. In this briefing session, all the key points regarding the case study and all the consecutive sessions were explained by the guest speakers along with the faculty members and senior students. Both of the speakers' inspirational words and work experiences encouraged every student and boosted their confidence to a new level.
During the event students got the opportunity to ask necessary questions to the guest speakers. To further intensify the event, an amazing video conveying a motivational speech was shown to the audience which was sent directly from Nairobi, Kenya by Sonia Kabra, who is the co-founder of the team "Magic Bus" which won the prestigious Hult Prize this year. The team of Magic Bus is currently in Nairobi implementing their project and is on its way to bring a change in our present world for the better future.
Lastly, BRACU OCA team wrapped up the successful event by honouring both the speakers with an official crest from BRAC University officials.
