BANGLA SONGS PERFECT FOR VIDEO GAME SOUNDTRACK

Soundtracks are a vital part of video games. They help to create the atmosphere of the game and to immerse the gamers into it. Recently, we had the interesting idea of creating a list of Bangla songs suitable for video games and we found out in the process that there were more than we initially thought.

Cryptic Fate –Odommo
"Odommo" is a song which was made as a part of the soundtrack of the telefilm "Kick Off". The song is about determination and perseverance thus making it a great song for a sports game.

Artcell – Odekha Shorgo
"Odekha Shorgo" is one of those songs that take you to an imaginary, magical world. In an adventure game with a colorful and diverse world, this song should be able to do more than just fit in. 

Aurthohin - Guti the Finale
"Guti the Finale" is the closing chapter of Aurthohin's renowned "Guti" song series. The lyrics of the song revolve around defeating your arch nemesis and proving your supremacy once and for all. This is a song perfect for shooters sharing similar and relevant plot points.

"Onno Shomoy" is the title track of Artcell's debut album and arguably one of the finest metal songs the country has produced. This is a viable option for a Shooting game soundtrack.

Uptown Lokolz – Pistoler Jibon
This hip-hop track is an autobiography of a gangster recalling how he entered the profession and the betrayals he faced. This would go really well with a crime action-adventure game.

Aurthohin – Shomadhi Shohor
"Shomadhi Shohor" is a song depicting the adversities of war. The echoing sound of a fighter plane and the similarity of the sound of the instruments to that of gunfire and cannons set an amazing atmosphere for a war-based game.

"Goal" is a punk rock single released by ARBOVIRUS to celebrate the 2014 FIFA World Cup. The song perfectly sums up the passion and excitement of football fans all over the globe. It would be great for a football video game.

Black Zang– Classified
This song is about speeds that "no speedometer can comprehend"; a perfect hip-hop track for street racing games.

Cryptic Fate –Akromon
"Akromon", which translates to "Attack", is a track as aggressive as the name itself. The fast tempo and the lyrics make it a perfect song for a Shooter.

ARBOVIRUS – Keu Karo Noy
"Keu Karo Noy" is a rock track that takes elements from various genres of music (including Bollywood music). The resultant sound is absolutely perfect for a "hack-and-slash" game.
