Irrfan Khan nabs Filmfare Award for Best Actor!

The 63rd Jio Filmfare Awards held last week was a star-studded event of joyous celebrations. Many claimed that deserving actors have won the awards this time, and a testament to such a claim was Irrfan Khan winning the Best Actor in a Leading Role (Male) Award for his role in the film Hindi Medium. Irrfan Khan's acting has always been well-received by fans, but this time, even the critics joined the fanfare in praising the acclaimed actor's fantastic performance. Regarding this achievement, Irrfan Khan stated in Twitter that Hindi Medium is "a story that is told from the heart" and that it spreads the message of "want and sincerity to inculcate and encourage change". He further thanked the audience and the entire team of Hindi Medium for being a part of his journey. It is to be noted that Hindi Medium also won the Best Film Award the same night!
