Getting Over Clowns

With fans awaiting the release of Joker, it's time for his lover to grace the silver screen. Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn will be seen in the upcoming DC film, Birds of Prey. The teaser for the film leaked online after it was shown in theatres, right after IT Chapter Two. The trailer was meant to be only for people watching IT Chapter Two in theatres, but it soon made its way online. The teaser starts with the Warner Bros logo and dozens of red balloons, while we can hear Pennywise's laughter in the back. We see a figure walking towards us, but it's soon revealed to be Harley Quinn, who then smashes the balloons away with her mallet and says, "I'm so over clowns," which is a direct reference to the Joker. Set to be released on February, 2020 Birds of Prey is being directed by Cathy Yan. Alongside Margot Robbie, it stars Jurnee Smollett-Bell and Mary Elizabeth Winstead, among others.
