The brand new Jumanji

The sequel to 2017's Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, starring Dwayne Johnson, Nick Jonas and Karen Gillan is set to be released on December 13, 2019, in the US. Previously, the original Jumaji, starring Robin Williams was based on a board game, but the new movie's storyline revolves around a video game. The announcement for the new sequel was made in February 2018, where Dwayne and Karen will be replaying their roles. The preceding Jumaji ended with the players breaking the video game, in order to prevent being trapped. The plot for the new movie has not been revealed by the filmmakers yet, but it will be very interesting to see how they will be linking the storylines.
