Coming February, the Mohammad Mostafa Kamal Raz directed film Jodi Akdin is set to be released. Starring in the film is popular singer, Tahsan. Starring alongside him is Kolkata's Srabonti. Also starring in the film are Taskeen Rahman, Raisa and many others. The film is being produced by Bengal Media Corporation Limited's channel RTV. Raj and Asad Zaman wrote the screenplay for this film. Hridoy Khan, Imran and Naved Parvez composed the soundtrack for this film. Already two songs from the film, Ami Parbo Na Tomar Hote and Lokkhi Shona have been released. Regarding the film, director Mohammad Mostafa Kamal Raz said, "This film is family friendly. I think that a movie like this is being released after a long time. The film is filled with romance, friendship and a lot of other strong emotions. It features an amazing cast. Actors like Tahsan bhai, Srabonti, Taskeen, Raisa all get to showcase their skills in this movie." Tahsan said, "I had a lot of offers for movies, and I was looking to do something I haven't done before, and I found that in the character I played in Jodi Akdin. I believe that people will like my character. I think people will like what they see when the film gets released."
