Anamul likely to get the nod for tri-nation series
Bangladesh batsman Anamul Haque is likely to be picked for the upcoming tri-nation series, media reports say.
The squad for the series, which involves Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe, is to be announced on Sunday and BCB are mulling over whether to 14 or 15 members for the series, ESPN Cricinfo reported.
However, wicket-keeper Liton Das, speedster Taskin Ahmed and opener Soumya Sarkar's chances in the upcoming series are under a storm cloud after their poor form in Tigers' tour of South Africa.

Soumya Sarkar somewhat redeemed himself at the T20 encounters against the proteas, but his shaky form could well see him left out of the squad. Taskin had been expensive during crucial match phases in the BPL as well.
Anamul's performance in this year's National Cricket League (NCL) could see him get the nod for the upcoming series which starts on January 15.
The right hander struck two double centuries in the NCL, at an average of 63.55. While Chittagong did not make any significant impact in last year's BPL, the right hander had some promising outings.
Wicket-keeper Mithun Ali's selection is still a point of contention while spinners Nazmul Islam and Sunzamul Islam will battle it out for a place in the ODI squad.
