Nazmul Hassan re-elected as BCB president

The outcome was already a foregone conclusion as Nazmul Hassan was re-elected as the president of Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB).

This is set to be Nazmul Hassan’s third term as BCB president. He was given the responsibility of being president in 2012 after previous president AHM Mustafa Kamal had to leave to take up the position of ICC vice-president.

He also became the first elected presdent of BCB in 2013.

"In today’s EC committee meeting, with the unanimous agreement of everyone, I have been elected BCB president again," the re-elected president said.

“Although I wanted to be an executive committee member, because of everyone’s request I have taken up the responsibility of being president,” Nazmul Hasssan said.
