BCBXI 202/3 in 25.4 overs. Mithun c Bravo b Bishoo 5 (14b)

Soumya Sarkar 48 off 41, Mohammad Mithun 5 off 11
Roston Chase: 9-0-52-2
Devendra Bishoo: 4-0-28-0
Soumya Sarkar has taken the lead role after Tamim's departure. With 131 runs needed off 150 balls and eight wickets in hand, it would be hard for BCB XI to lose from here.
22.5 - Bangladesh 195/2. Tamim st Hope b Chase 107 (73b, 4 x13, 6 x 4)
Tamim was in belligerent mood and seemed intent on finishing the match within 40 overs. He added a fourth six after reaching his hundred. However, he played one shot too many against West Indies' best bowler of the day, Roston Chase, and was beaten after coming down the track.
21.5 - Tamim Iqbal plays the ball down to long on for a single to bring up his 100 off his 71st delivery. He has hit 13 fours and three sixes during his first innings back to competitive cricket.

He reached his fifty within that time and at the first drinks break after 15 overs, BCB XI are well ahead of the game on 113 for one. They require another 219 runs from 210 balls with nine wickets in hand.
12.2 - Bangladesh opener Tamim Iqbal races to 50 off 34 balls, with eight fours and a six batting. He hit Keemo Paul for a pulkled boundary to bring up the mark. In chase of 332 to win, Tamim was the aggressor in an 81-run opening stand with Imrul Kayes. The highlight of his innings was when, in the seventh over from Kemar Roach, he rolled back the years by dancing down the track and lofting the fast bowler over long on for six.

Tamim Iqbal 18 off 14, Imrul Kayes 16 off 21
Kemar Roach: 3-0-29-0, Oshane Thomas 2-0-16-0
Tamim Iqbal seems not to have missed a single step as, coming back into action for the first time since having his left knuckle fractured in the Asia Cup on September 15, he blitzed his way to 18 off 14 balls. In chase of 332 to win the warm-up match against West Indies, BCB XI opener Tamim got going in his customary style in the third over, clipping Kemar Roach off his pads through midwicket for four. In the same over, he launched into a cover drive to collect his second bouyndary.
Roston Chase finished things off in style for West Indies as they posted 331 for eight in the 50-over warm-up match against BCB XI at the BKSP in Savar.
West Indies rallied admirably after losing four wickets for 17 runs between overs 27 and 32 to post the challenging total. The tourists were given the initial impetus by opener Shai Hope, who struck 81 off 84 balls, the team's highest score, to take them to 167 in the 30 th over before he was the third man out. Mashrafe Bin Mortaza then claimed the wicket of Marlon Samuels and off-spinner Shamim Patwary completed the collapse by getting rid of West Indies skipper Rovman Powell for a duck.
But the talented Shimron Hetmyer then started the recovery with a sprightly 33, but it was Roston Chase who saw it through for West Indies with an unbeaten 65 off 51 balls with six fours and a six. Three wides in the last over from Soumya Sarkar did not help BCB XI's cause. Their best bowler was Rubel Hossain, with two for 55 from 10 overs. The most economical was Mashrafe, whose eight overs cost 37 runs and yielded one wicket.
All eyes will now be on Tamim Iqbal, playing his first competitive match since fracturing his left knuckle on September 15, when he opens the innings in chase of 332.

Fabian Allen 35 off 24, Roston Chase 35 off 24
Soumya Sarkar: 7-0-55-0
Mehedi Hasan Rana: 8-0-55-1
The launching pad is ready as two set batsmen in Roston Chase and Fabian Allen look to maximise returns in the last five overs. A total in excess of 300 looks likely. Two overs from Mashrafe still to come.
West Indies 232/6 in 40 overs
Roston Chase 25 off 26, Fabian Allen 3 off 7
Rubel Hossain: 8-0-34-1
Nazmul Islam: 9-0-55-2
After a middle order collapse West Indies' lower-middle order batsmen have gotten them back on track and although Shimron Hetmyer's wicket set them back, they will count on the current pair to take the total to 300. BCB XI, meanwhile, with two overs from Mashrafe Bin Mortaza still left, will be hoping to get a few wickets to wrap the innings up in quick time.

Nazmul Islam: 5-0-24-1

West Indies 130/1 after 20 overs
Shai Hope 61 off 55, Darren Bravo 14 off 17
Soumya Sarkar: 3-0-22-0
Nazmul Islam: 3-0-13-1
There has been very little letoff in pressure for BCB XI after Rovman powell's dismissal as Darren Bravo, coming back into the West Indies one-day setup, carries on where the captain left off, supporting a Shai Hope in imperious form.
15.2 - West Indies 101/1. Powell c Imrul b Nazmul 43 (49)

Kieran Powell 43 off 47 balls, Shai Hope 52 off 43
Soumya Sarkar: 1-0-6-0
Mehedi Hasan Rana: 3-0-29-0
West Indies opener Shai Hope cracked a 41-ball 50 as the tourists roared to 101 without loss in 15 overs. Hope hit young left-arm seamer Mehedi Hasan Rana for two sixes in the 14th over, but the youngster may have been unlucky not to have taken Hope's wicket after being hit for the first maximum as the umpire denied an appeal for caught behind. It was a slower ball and there seemed to be a sound when the ball passed the bat through to the wicketkeeper.
West Indies 56/0 in 10 overs
Kieran Powell 25 off 30 balls, Shai Hope 29 off 30 balls
Mehedi Rana: 1-0-8-0, Rubel Hossain 5-0-26-0

Bangladesh ODI skipper Mashrafe Bin Mortaza, playing his first competitive game siince the third ODI against Zimbabwe in lae October, was hit for three boundaries in his fourth over. That spoiled his figures somewhat after keeping a tight leash in his first three overs, which went for just eight runs. He now has four overs for 20 runs.
