PSL draft beckons Mustafizur after IPL snub

Bangladesh pacer Mustafizur Rahman has officially entered the draft for the next season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL), scheduled to take place on January 11 next year, as confirmed through the tournament's social media handles on Wednesday.

This will not be Mustafizur's first appearance in the PSL, as the wily left-armer, known as 'Cutter Master', had played for Lahore Qalandars in 2018. Earlier this year, the 29-year-old found no takers in the latest Indian Premier League auction.
More recently, Mustafizur featured in just one game for Khulna Division in the NCL T20. With the Bangladesh Premier League on the horizon, he has shifted his focus towards preparing for the domestic competition.
