Tamim calls it 'frightening experience'; Mushy counts Tigers lucky
Bangladesh batsman Tamim Iqbal described the Christchurch shooting incident as a 'frightening experience' while Mushfiqur Rahim counted themselves as 'lucky' in seperate Facebook posts following the incident.
The Bangladesh players were going to the Masjid Al Noor in Christchurch for their Jumma prayers. As they were about to step inside the mosque, they were warned of the attack. The players got inside a bus and laid down on the floor.
"Entire team got saved from active shooters!!! Frightening experience and please keep us in your prayers," read Tamim's Facebook post.

"Allah saved us today while shooting in Christchurch Mosque...we were so lucky...thanks to Almighty...
We were so close and don’t want to experience these things again...pray for us," wrote Mushfiqur Rahim on his Facebook.
The team has been escorted back to the hotel following the attacks. The third and final Test between Bangladesh and New Zealand has been cancelled.
