If you love football, you love Neymar: Emery

Neymar starred on his PSG return with two goals and two assists against Rennes. He made an immediate impact, scoring the opening goal.

He was in inspiring form, setting up both strike partners Kylian Mbappe and Edinson Cavani. Following his world-record €222 million switch from Barcelona, Neymar has so far scored 11 times and provided eight assists in 13 Ligue 1 matches.

"When you see a player like Neymar, I think that all the fans who were here today, or watching on TV, they might support PSG, but if they like football they are happy to see a player like Neymar," said PSG coach Unai Emery.

When Neymar provides solutions like that on the pitch, of course it's good for the team, and for all those who love football.

"He showed the full range of his talent this evening and was very good tactically and in providing penetration.

"Our three forwards all scored, and provided assists too, making it a very positive display."
