Neymar sends enigmatic message via instagram

The Neymar Junior transfer saga appears to be swirling out of control with the Brazilian media reporting that the player won't return to Barcelona and will fly straight to Paris from Barca's US tour.

Amidst the non-stop speculation Neymar chose to send an enigmatic message in the form of an instagram post.

The Brazilian star has used social media to add to the noise surrounding his possible move to PSG, Barcelona based SPORT reports.

He appeared to be in a reflective mood in the picture and the picture was accompanied by a similar emoticon.

Madrid based Marca said in a report that PSG midfielder Marco Verratti 'liked' the instagram image ahead of potentially becoming the winger's new teammate.

SPORT also added that Barca want Neymar to come out and comment on the rumours publicly. But, Neymar has no intention of burying the rumours.

Barca president Josep Maria Bartomeu talked to Neymar on the flight to USA.  Neymar left Barcelona without speaking to the press and rumours are ripe that the Brazilian would not want to face the press that will be waiting for him on his return to Barcelona.

What is clear right now is that Neymar’s silence would only further fuel the speculations surrounding his Barcelona future.

Barcelona are preparing for the match against Juventus at their training camp in New Jersey.
