Russel leave for Bhutan today

Sheikh Russel KC leave here today for Bhutan to take part in the AFC Cup Play-Off Qualifiers, beginning Sunday at the Changlimithang Stadium in Thimphu.

Sheikh Russel, who are struggling in the domestic league after suffering five defeats from six matches, will play their first game against Tatung FC of Chinese Taipei on August 23 while, in their final Group C match, they take on hosts Tertons FC on August 25.

The champions of Group C will advance to the play-off stage for the Qualifiers.
