Bangladeshi archers grabbed three bronze medals in the Asia Cup World Ranking Tournament in Sharjah on Saturday.

In compound men's individual, Newaz Ahmed Rakib of Bangladesh beat his Kazakh opponent by 141-140 points in the third-place deciding match.

In compound mixed event, Rakib and Roksana Akter grabbed bronze by beating Vietnam by 154-146 points.

In men's compound team event, meanwhile, Rakib, Mohammad Ashikuzzaman and Sohel Rana beat Vietnam by 227-221 points.

However, Bangladesh's Roksana, Bonya Akter and Pushpita Zaman lost against Kazakhstan by 219-205 points in the bronze-medal match in women's compound mixed event.
