Bangladeshi archers delivered a moderate performance in the Hyundai Archery World Cup Stage-2, as Abdur Rahman Alif, Sagor Islam, and Ram Krishna Saha finished in 39th, 52nd, and 53rd places, respectively, among 91 participants in the qualification round of the Individual Recurve event in Shanghai, China, today.
Out of a possible 720 points, Alif scored 663, while Sagor and Saha both scored 653 -- 42 points behind South Korean archer Kim Woojin, who secured first place with a score of 695 in the qualification round.

In Friday's elimination round of the Individual Recurve event, Alif, ranked 348th in the world rankings, will face 26th-placed Su Yu-Yang of Chinese Taipei. Olympian Sagor, ranked 63rd globally, will play against 12th-placed Nakanishi Junya of Japan, while Saha, ranked 144th, will square off against 13th-placed Berkay Akkoyun of Turkey.
