Leggie Rishad debuts, Shoriful returns as Bangladesh opt to bat first
Bangladesh captain Shakib Al Hasan has won the toss and elected to bat first against Ireland in the third and final match of the T20I series at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram on Friday.
Following a 3-0 series sweep of world champions England in the previous bilateral T20I series, Bangladesh will look to inflict the same fate on Ireland after the home side fired on all cylinders and registered several team records in this series.
The Tigers featured an unchanged eleven in the last match but the team management chose to field uncapped leg-spinner Rishad Hossain and called back left-arm pacer Shoriful Islam, resulting Mehedi Hasan Miraz and Mustafizur Rahman in getting sidelined.
Meanwhile, Ireland have left out Graham Hume and Matthew Humphreys makes the cut.
