Where is Pathao headed?
This is outrageous if Pathao couldn't ensure such quality. I always wonder why, in most of the cases, Bangladeshi companies can't keep the standards that they set at the beginning of their journey. Either they don't know how to be stable in the long run or they are just motivated by profits without first ensuring basic business ethics. Pathao probably took similar steps. It's too bad.

The company grew too greedy but did not improve services. They recruit drivers at gas stations or online without verifying any papers or vehicle condition. They use old google maps that can't pinpoint locations, never change the estimated fare even if roads are free, and allow drivers to cancel at the last moment if they don't like the destination. They take no action when a driver is rude or at fault. Good riddance.
