EES organises Edupreneurship Idea Quest Season 2
Education Entrepreneur's society (EES) organised Edupreneurship Idea Quest for the second time recently. The programme was supported by EMK Center. After the success of Edupreneurship Idea Quest's first season, the second iteration was launched in July this year.
201 teams registered and participated in the first round by submitting their ideas. 50 teams were selected for the second round, where the team had to pitch their ideas to a group of judges. Top 8 teams participated in the final. In the final, the teams had to solve, present and design a strategy or implementation plan to the judges.
The judge panel included Dr S M Hafizur Rahman, Professor, Institute of Education & Research; Dr Saiful Malek and Sabbir Ahmed Chowdhury, Associate Professor, Institute of Education & Research; M H Tansen, Head of Schools, Education Programme, British Council Bangladesh and Laila FarhanaApnanBanu, Education Specialist, UNICEF.
Team Quintessential from Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) was the second runner-up, while Team Eshara from Islamic University of Technology (IUT) was the first runner-up. Team Rolla Costa Riders from Jahangirnagar University were the champions.
Education Entrepreneur's Society is anorganisation working for youth development and empowerment through education. They started their journey in 2017 with the tagline, "Innovation-Education-Action".
