Making the announcement Arshad Adnan disclosed that “Shaheb” will be directed by emerging filmmaker Saif Chandan, with Himel Ashraf serving as the film's advisor. The film is slated for release on Eid next year.
Amidst the list of films released on Eid-ul-Fitr, the first to hit international screens is the Himel Ashraf directorial film “Rajkumar”, starring Shakib Khan. Following its domestic reception, the film has been screened in 75 theaters across the United States and Canada since April 19.

Director Himel Ashraf commenced shooting for the Shakib Khan starrer “Rajkumar”, after the success of “Priyotoma” — the director’s first time working with the Dhallywood star. The filming of “Rajkumar”, produced by Arshad Adnan, concluded last month. This film, which marks the trio's second collaboration, is all set for release during the upcoming Eid.
Dhallywood's Shakib Khan has dedicated 18 consecutive weeks to filming “Rajkumar” at different sites across the United States.
