Originally set to be held at the Hatirjheel Amphitheatre, the venue was shifted just hours before the concert due to unfavorable weather conditions. The show kicked off at 3pm, featuring a stellar lineup that included Nemesis, Cryptic Fate, AvoidRafa, Bay of Bengal, Kaaktaal, Conclusion, Owned, and Sketch.

The star-studded lineup for the "Magical Night 2.0" concert, featuring Pakistani music sensation Atif Aslam, has been announced. Bangladesh's own Tahsan Khan and the popular band Kaaktaal, along with Pakistani rising artiste Abdul Hannan, will join the stage with Atif.

Renowned Pakistani singer Atif Aslam is set to return to the capital. On November 29, he will take the stage at Bangladesh Army Stadium for the “Magical Night 2.0” concert. Earlier this year, he performed at the Bashundhara Sports Complex, and fans are now eagerly anticipating his upcoming show.

‘Re-love-ution’: The two-week festival celebrating love, art, and revolution

In the dimly lit gallery, decorated with revolutionary-themed art, Anusheh Anadil spoke about love and revolution. A circle of people gathered to discuss the changes they hoped to see in post-revolution Bangladesh. Outside, raindrops tapped gently, while the sound of the Tanpura filled the air. A cat, wearing a blue bandana, wandered through the audience during the inaugural session of the two-week-long festival “Re-love-ution” or “Premandolon” at Jatra Biroti in Banani.

The concert titled “Borshonabeg” organised by the band Kaaktaal has been inspired by one of their signature songs of the same name. The event was set to occur on a rainy day during the Bengali month of Srabon (July 17). However, the band postponed the concert due to the country's uncertain political situation at that time.

Anjan Dutt serenades Dhaka on Mala’s birthday 

Prominent Bengali singer Anjan Dutt has graced Bangladesh with his magical voice on several occasions, but this time his visit held a special significance—Mala's birthday. Mala, much like Bela Bose and Ronjona, is a character in one of Anjan's songs. However, both the singer and his devoted fans have kept Mala alive throughout the years, across generations.
