Gazi Rakayat-directed “Mrittika Maya” has taken home a whooping 17 awards in the 2013 National Film Awards, announced by the Information Ministry on Tuesday. It is the highest number of awards for a single film at the National level, beating Amzad Hossain's “Golapi Ekhon Train-e” (1978) by a fair margin.
The 'Mrittika Maya' has been chosen as the best film for 2013 while actor Titas Zia, actress Mousumi and Shormi Mala have won the National Film Award 2013.
