A man died in custody in Hatirjheel Police Station earlier today, hours after he was detained from Dhaka’s Rampura area for the alleged theft of Tk 53 lakh from a company.
A case is filed against 12 people, including the officer-in-charge and two sub-inspectors of Nalitabari Police Station, over the death of a young man soon after his release from the custody.
