To apply for online birth registration, first, visit the website address bdris.gov.bd/br/application. At the beginning of the application, you should write the address where you will receive the birth certificate. If you want to apply for birth registration at the Bangladesh Embassy, ​​you have to select that too.  

After clicking on the next button, you will see a form titled Application for Birth Registration. Fill out the form carefully and accurately.

The parts to be filled are the first and last part of the child's name in Bengali. Then, the first part and last part of the name in English. Next up: Date of Birth, Number of Children, Gender, Country, and Department. Post office in Bengali and English. Village or Mohalla, house and street name--all should be filled in Bengali and English.

After filling in all the information correctly, click on the next button and click on the next button again with the names of the parents in Bengali and English, their birth registration number/national identity card number and nationality. Now, if you attach the scanned copies of the required documents (Medical institution clearance or medical institution-issued birth certificate. Any of parents', or grandparents' tax receipts, national identity cards, passports, deeds, or tax papers etc.) and click on the submit button, the date of collection of the birth registration card will be revealed.
