3-day long National Art Carnival kicks off
A three-day-long 'NDAC 3rd National Art Carnival' began at Notre Dame College today.
Father Hemanto Pius Rozario, CSC, principal of the college, inaugurated the event, organised by Notre Dame Art Club.
Around 600 students across the country registered for the event online while 2,000 more students are expected to register on the spot tomorrow.
The competitions that will be held at the carnival are traditional art, fictional and science fiction art, caricature art and contest, pictionary, t-shirt design, rickshaw art, doodle rush, and tag-in.
The carnival will end on February 4 followed a prize-giving ceremony where former Dhaka University Professor Mamun Kaiser is expected to be present as a special guest.
