Confce on English language education at ULAB Nov 18-19
Bangladesh English Language Teachers Association (BELTA) and University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) are going to organise its 10th international conference on November 18-19 on the ULAB Dhanmondi campus.
At least 300 English teachers, administrators and assessors from various levels of education from across the country will participate in the conference, themed "Sustainable Approaches to English Language Education in a Changing World".
Representatives from Japan, India, Malaysia, Nepal and the UK will also be present.
Prof Richard Smith from University of Warwick will be the keynote speaker and will present on "What does sustainable teacher development look like now?"
As many as 90 papers and workshops including a panel discussion and a colloquium will be featured both onsite and online during the two-day event.
