Workshop on ‘Idea Season 2.0’ held
The Entrepreneurship and Career Development Club, also known as ECDC, organised a workshop titled "Idea Season 2.0" to sharpen the entrepreneurial prospects of students.
The workshop was held at University of Asia Pacific on February 23, said a press release today.
The program was arranged by the club members of ECDC. The workshop was launched to inspire the students ahead of a startup competition next month.
ECDC focuses on preparing students for their professional lives by polishing their potentials which are required to become successful in corporate jobs and becoming entrepreneurs.
Hussain Elius, the founder of Pathao, was the keynote speaker of the workshop.
Hussain Elius shared his experiences and struggles in launching Pathao with the students, to facilitate the would be entrepreneurs. He mentioned what tactics are required to sustain in the current business market as well.
He also talked about the impediments that he faced as the students might encounter those in this sector as well.
Another attraction of the workshop was the announcement of the sponsors of the business competition "Idea Season 2.0" which is going to be held tentatively in the third week of the upcoming month.
