The Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) rose in the morning trade today.

The DSEX, the benchmark index of the premier bourse in Bangladesh, gained 8 points, or 0.13 per cent, to 6,371 at 11:10 am.

Turnover stood at Tk 432 crore.

Of the securities, 101 advanced, 74 declined and 135 remained unchanged.

The Caspi, the all-share price index of the Chittagong Stock Exchange, added 19 points, or 0.1 per cent, to 18,807.

Of the issues, 56 rose, 24 retreated, and 50 saw no price movement.

Turnover of the port city bourse stood at Tk 4.5 crore at 11:15 am.­­­­­­­­­­­­­
