The Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) rose in the morning trade today.

The DSEX, the benchmark index of the premier bourse in Bangladesh, gained 6 points, or 0.09 per cent, to 6,359 at 11:10 am.

Turnover stood at Tk 343 crore.

Of the securities, 106 advanced, 60 declined and 143 remained unchanged.

The Caspi, the all-share price index of the Chittagong Stock Exchange, added 23 points, or 0.12 per cent, to 18,786.

Of the issues, 43 rose, 29 retreated, and 37 saw no price movement.

Turnover of the port city bourse stood at Tk 8.2 crore at 11:13 am.
