Child’s body recovered in Dhaka

The body of a boy was found in Demra area of Dhaka today.

The boy, aged around 10 to 12, was stabbed to death in Amuliya Model Town early today, said Kawsar Ahmed, officer-in-charge of Demra Police Station.

There were number of injury marks found on the victim’s body, the official told The Daily Star.

Locals discovered the body and informed the police, the OC also said.

The body was sent to Sir Salimullah Medical College Hospital for an autopsy.

No case has yet been filed in this connection.
