Khaleda greets Hasina for Eid

BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia today sent Eid-ul-Azha greetings to her political archrival and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

A three-member delegation of BNP conveyed the greeting card to Sheikh Hasina’s Dhanmondi political office around 11:30am.

BNP’s Assistant Office Secretary Abdul Latif Jony led the team. The greeting card was accepted by Awami League’s Dhanmondi office staff.

Awami League chief and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina greeted Khaleda for Eid on September 17.

Khaleda, who is now in London with her elder son and BNP’s Senior Vice-Chairman Tarique Rahman, returned the show of goodwill today.
