Members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) arrested an alleged arms peddler with two foreign made pistols, seven bullets and four magazines at a mango orchard in Nalduburi area under Shibganj upazila of the district on Sunday evening. The arrestee is Mohammad Sanaullah, 40, son of Afsar Ali of Bagi Chakpara village. On secret information, a team of Rab-5 raided the area and arrested Sanaullah with the arms and bullets. He was later handed over to Shibganj Police Station, said a Rab official.
