Tarunner Utsab 2025 unites the nation in celebration
Tarunner Utsab (Youth Festival) 2025, organised by the Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy, is currently being celebrated nationwide. The programmes are being held at district, divisional, and central levels. As part of this initiative, the Music, Dance, and Recitation Department of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy has organised the band music event "Bol Bir—Ami Chiro Unnoto Shir" in six districts and dance performances in 50 districts to celebrate the energy, enthusiasm, and potential of youth.
The band music event "Bol Bir—Ami Chiro Unnoto Shir" was held in Netrokona on January 10. The event took place in Rangpur yesterday, followed by Munshiganj on February 1, Narail on February 4, Barguna on February 8, and Rajshahi on February 13. All of these upcoming performances will begin at 4pm.
Meanwhile, dance performances will be held across 50 districts of the country starting today. The event in Gaibandha district is scheduled for 6pm. Tomorrow, dance performances will take place at 6pm in Narayanganj, Feni, Narail, Rajbari, Manikganj, Chapainawabganj, Kushtia, Barguna, Khulna, Gazipur, Shariatpur, Netrokona, Bogura, Nilphamari, Lakshmipur, Jhenaidah, Habiganj, Thakurgaon, Khagrachhari, Naogaon, Jhalokathi, Brahmanbaria, Rangpur, Barishal, and Chattogram.
On Friday (January 31), dance performances are scheduled for 6pm in Munshiganj, Noakhali, Jashore, Faridpur, Tangail, Rajshahi, Patuakhali, Satkhira, Mymensingh, Gopalganj, Kishoreganj, Sirajganj, Magura, Moulvibazar, Bandarban, Chandpur, Lalmonirhat, Panchagarh, Rangamati, Joypurhat, Sherpur, Pirojpur, Sunamganj, and Narsingdi.
All district-level dance performances will be open to the public.
