DDLJ returns to the silver screen

The 1995 romantic blockbuster film "Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge" continues its craze even after 28 years of its release.

The Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol starrer film will re-release in different theatres across India on the occasion of Valentine's Day.

SRK and Kajol paired up for the first time in "Baazigar" in 1993, however, the Aditya Chopra film launched the ultimate romantic couple on the screen that led the two to superstardom, setting them as the benchmark of romance in Bollywood.

According to reports, the production company and the distributors kept the constant requests that had been coming from the audience and decided to screen "DDLJ" for a week from February 10.

The film will be released in 37 cities across India, including Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Lucknow, Noida, Dehradun, Delhi, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Guwahati, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Indore, Chennai, Vellore and Trivandrum.

Alongside SRK's latest release "Pathaan" which has become the second highest grossing Hindi film worldwide, will also be available. Fans can now enjoy two films of their favourite star at the same time.
