'I don't have time to worry about Shakib and Ananta, my name alone ensures 40 halls'
In a recent interview, Bappy Chowdhury claimed that he doesn't worry about his competitors, as his name is enough to run his movie "Shatru" across theaters on Eid.
This Eid, Bappy Chowdhury film will be competing against 5 films but his biggest competitor will be Shakib Khan's "Leader Amie Bangladesh" and Ananta Jalil's "Kill Him."
When asked about whether he feels pressured in terms of competing with these two actors.
"I don't even think about it. Bappy doesn't have the time or energy to worry about others. My film will run with my name. Hall owners will give 'Shatru' 40 halls just by hearing my name," said the actor.
However, according to reports his film was only able to get 20 halls. Hall owners are more eager to buy Shakib Khan's "Leader Amie Bangladesh", as it has more mass appeal.
Directed by Sumon Dhar, Bappy will play the role of a police officer while Zahara Mitu will play the role of a rebellious adult.
