Two of Pori Moni’s films screening at 4th Bangladesh Film Festival in Kolkata

Pori Moni's "Bishwoshundori" and "Gunin" are both screening at the 4th Bangladesh Film Festival in Kolkata, today.

Chayanika Chowdhury's "Bishwoshundori" was already screened at 1 pm, while "Gunin" began screening at 3 pm, today. It was during the shooting of "Gunin", that Pori Moni and Sariful Razz fell in love with each other.

Speaking to The Daily Star, Pori Moni said, "It's definitely a brilliant news for me. Both 'Bishwoshundori' and 'Gunin' hold a special place in my heart. I hope that the Kolkata audience will love both the films."

The 4th Bangladesh Film Festival, Kolkata—which kicked off on October 29—will run till November 2 (tomorrow). The film festival has been organised under the initiative of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of Bangladesh and under the management of the Bangladesh Sub-High Commission in Kolkata.

Bangladeshi films are being screened in halls 1, 2 and 3 of Nandan West Bengal Film Centre, Kolkata. The audiences will be able to watch the movies for free, on a first-come, first-serve basis.
