Garbage is dumped right on the road in the capital’s Karwan Bazar, causing sufferings for commuters. Usually, trash is removed from the area by city corporation garbage trucks within 8:00am every day. But the vehicles were not seen during the daytime in the last two days after the death of two people in road crashes involving garbage trucks. The photo was taken around 12:30pm yesterday.
