Construction workers break down part of a building in Kamrangirchar after the Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Authority ordered the owner to do so. Non-compliance with the order would mean the government might use bulldozers to do the job and the owner would have to bear the cost. The authority has been conducting a drive to free the original channel of the Buriganga of encroachers.
