Jatiya Party Chairman HM Ershad yesterday said his party would take part in the next parliamentary election independently and under any system.
Jatiya Party is still with the Awami League-led grand alliance, he said, but time would say when the party would move out of the alliance.
He told journalists after visiting the shrine of Hazrat Shahjalal (RA) in Sylhet city.
