cPanel is one of the world's most renowned Linux operating system based web hosting control panel and empowering users to manage a web hosting account with maximum efficiency.

As part of distinguishing cPanel's partners who can provide quality support to their customers, cPanel announced on June 2019 that it is launching the cPanel Certified Partner Program, which runs under cPanel University.

The distinction of being a cPanel Certified PartnerNOC means that there is a required number of administrators on the partner organisation who have excellent knowledge of the cPanel server, providing an immediate solution to most of the problems reported by the users. Each administrator has to attend a series of certification exams to score a required number of marks to get the certification. These certifications are provided by the cPanel University and last for one year, after which the examiners re-take the tests to prove that they have the necessary knowledge in an ever-renewing ecosystem.

Not only that, from now on, all cPanel servers running in the Asian countries, including Bangladesh will get their updates from the official Fast Update Mirror Server of XeonBD that hosted in XeonBD's Tier III Data Center in Bangladesh.
