DSE edges down, CSE inches up
Stocks on the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) edged down in the morning session today.
The DSEX, the benchmark index of the top bourse in Bangladesh, lost 0.88 points, or 0.01 per cent, to 6,269 at 11:30 am.
Turnover stood at Tk 191 crore.
Of the securities, 56 advanced, 110 declined and 93 remained unchanged.
The Caspi, all-share price index of the Chittagong Stock Exchange, added only 2 points, or 0.01 per cent, to 18,500.
Of the issues, 11 rose, 29 retreated, and 20 saw no price movement.
