DSE, CSE fall in early trading

The indices of the Dhaka and Chattogram bourses fell in the first half of today's trading.

The DSEX, the benchmark index of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), lost 13 points, or 0.21 per cent, to 6,205 at 11:55 am.

Turnover stood at Tk 96 crore.

Of the securities, 7 advanced, 142 declined and 114 remained unchanged.

The Caspi, the all-share price index of the Chittagong Stock Exchange, dropped 13 points, or 0.07 per cent, to 18,346.

Of the issues, 6 rose, 32 retreated, and 22 saw no price movement.
