Jaya Ahsan starrer "Nakshi Kanthar Jamin (A Tale of Two Sisters)" has received an uncut censor certificate. 

TM Records chairperson Farzana Munny announced the news on her Facebook page. 

"TM Films commenced it's journey with the goal of producing international quality films in our country. We wanted to begin our journey with a liberation war film which will touch everyone's heart," read her post. 

"As you already know, we are the production partner of the government funded film  'Nakshi Kanthar Jamin'. Directed by Akram Khan, the film has already received critical acclaim abroad. We are happy to announce that we will be releasing the film soon in our country and we have already received uncut certificate. The censor board jury praised our film which really made our day," added Farzana Munny. 

"A Tale of Two Sisters" is based on Hasan Azizul Haq's novel "Bidhobader Kotha", and produced by TM Films' Farzana Munny. This film is based on the Bangladesh's Liberation War. Earlier, the film was nominated for the competition category of the 19th Barcelona Human Rights Film Festival.

Jaya Ahsan starrer "Nakshi Kanthar Jamin (A Tale of Two Sisters)" has received an uncut censor certificate.
