Afran Nisho's debut film has been bringing good news one after another for the team, ever since its release on Eid day.

One of which is the tickets of "Shurongo" being sold out completely, from today till the next four days. This information was confirmed to The Daily Star by the director, Raihan Rafi.

He said, "All the tickets of the film have been sold out for the next four days, starting from today. This is great news for the 'Shurongo' team, as well as the whole industry. This is what will propel the industry forward. "

He also expressed his gratitude towards the audiences, being awestruck by their responses.

"Shurongo" has been running in 28 theatres since its release. According to Raihan Rafi, the film has been doing well in both multiplexes and single screens.

The stars of the film are also overjoyed at the response. Tama Mirza, who is cast opposite Afran Nisho in the film, wrote about the film's success on her social media page yesterday. The actress mentioned that "Shurongo" has brought in a new wave in the world of Bangladeshi cinema, which is evident in the multiplexes or single screen halls. She also expressed her joy as the tickets of the film sold out within days.

Nisho also echoed similar sentiments, adding his gratitude towards the audiences, whom he deems to be the lifeblood of a cinema.

Additionally, "Shurongo" is also due to be released in other countries like the US, Canada, India,Australia and the Middle East.

Director Raihan Rafi revealed that the film will be released in the United States, Canada, and Australia on July 7, with screenings scheduled in cities such as Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, and Darwin in Australia.

Additionally, "Shurongo" will hit theaters in New York and Canada on July 21, followed by a simultaneous release in all major US cities on July 28. The film's popularity is evident, as 70 percent of the first week's 25 shows in Australia have already sold out.
