7 die of dengue

At least seven dengue patients died in the last 24 hours while 837 patients were hospitalised till this morning.

Of the deaths, three were reported in Dhaka city, two in Dhaka division, and one each in Khulna and Barishal divisions.

According to the Directorate General of Health Services, with the new deaths and cases, the death toll rose to 482 while the total number of cases rose to 90,440.

Currently, 1,976 patients are undergoing treatment in different hospitals across the country, and 1,289 in Dhaka.

A total of 86,693 patients have been released till today.
