AECC hosts Australia Education Fair for students interested in studying in Australia for the 2023/24 intake

The Australia Education Fair hosted by AECC Study Abroad Consultants on March 5 was held at The Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel, where students looking for opportunities to study at universities in Australia were catered to. The daylong event featured 26 university representatives from Australia and the chance for any engrossed students looking to pursue their education in Australia to receive an on-spot profile assessment, guidance on courses and application options to those institutions for the 2023 and 2024 academic session.

Several students attended the event throughout the day, along with their families and friends. They were given the opportunity to get one-on-one consultation with the university representatives along with the counsellors of AECC and partnered institutions such as Navitas, to help guide the students with the university application process, pathway programs, courses, scholarships, post-study work rights, VISA application process, and more. Many notable influencers also partnered with AECC for the event including Rakin Absar, KingTisha, Neyon & on, Amin Hannan. The event also hosted an amazing magic performance by Magic Razik.

Universities attending the event included universities from the prestigious Group of Eight such as University of New South Wales, University of Queensland, and The Australian National University. Some of the other universities present at the event included Bond University, Charles Darwin University, Deakin University, Edith Cowan University, La Trobe University, Macquarie University, Southern Cross University, Swinburne University, University of Wollongong, etc. One lucky student participating in the event also had the chance to win a laptop or cash equivalent to AUD 1000 if they decided to proceed with their application and study in Australia with an AECC processed VISA grant.

"AECC intends to genuinely help students planning to study in Australia, which is why we organised the education fair," says Farzana Hossain Arin, Branch Head of AECC-Bangladesh in Dhaka. "The message we want to deliver to the students is that we are providing a completely free, one-stop service for everything they need."
